acceptable stay, but some issues arose
b r e a k f a s t c h o i c e lack of air conditioning uncomfortable bed
the breakfast choice was fine it met my needs without standing out
the room lacked air conditioning the heat made sleeping difficult the bed had a strange topper that felt plastic this worsened the discomfort a lighter sheet would have helped but only a duvet was available

really good stay at Erika
kind staff great service s l i g h t i n c o n v e n i e n c e
i was kinda surprised when i arrived at a recently renovated hotel. the staff are kind and provided great services to travellers like me. the food service was also very nice, particularly marco who made the dinners amazing.
accessing rooms on the fourth and fifth floors requires stairs. this was slightly INCONVENIENT with heavy luggage.

the junior suite provided all that i NEEDED and MORE with its modern design. it features complimentary minibar, a nespresso machine and large bath towels for guest use. the design was beautifully renovated.

the BREAKFAST buffet offered a good selection that caters to EVERYONE'S taste. the restaurant features a variety of dishes, all beautifully presented and delicious. the quality of food was first class.

the dedication of the staff added to the overall EXPERIENCE. verena provided a very nice welcome and all staff were friendly and helpful, especially angela. the attentive, thoughtful and professional service was appreciated.
